Gas Developer Can't Revive Enbridge Pipeline Access Suit

Law360, Houston (June 27, 2013, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court declined Thursday to revive a natural gas producer’s suit over its exclusion from an Enbridge Inc. pipeline, ruling that the developer could not sue a competitor that allegedly convinced Enbridge to exercise a contractual right to repurpose the line.
