SEC, Witness Fight Subpoena For Ex-Goldman Trader's Trial

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 8:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a key witness in the trial of an ex-Goldman Sachs Group Inc. trader accused of defrauding clients urged a judge Wednesday to quash the trader’s subpoenas for SEC documents on the witness, arguing the court already has labeled those materials off-limits.
