Calif. Appeals Court To Revive Suit Over Canon Copier Fees

Law360, Los Angeles (June 27, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court indicated Thursday that it would revive a putative class action alleging Canon Business Solutions Inc. unfairly charged copier customers for test copies, saying Canon could not show at this stage of the litigation that the named plaintiff waited too long to sue.
