Painkiller Maker Settles With FDA Over Moldy Meds

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 3:36 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey pain medicine manufacturer that was temporarily shut down after authorities discovered mold in its injectable drug products agreed Thursday to cease operations until it fulfills a raft of compliance obligations mandated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
