Judge Won't Postpone Medicare Competitive Bid Expansion

Law360, Washington (June 27, 2013, 8:32 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Thursday refused to stop Medicare from expanding a competitive bidding program for purchases of durable medical equipment while a coalition of medical suppliers pursues a challenge to the planned expansion, saying the group has so far given little evidence to back their "flawed" lawsuit.
