Law360, Chicago (June 28, 2013, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge ruled Wednesday that Twin City Fire Insurance Co. and The Hartford Financial Services Group do not have to defend private equity firm Marwit Capital Partners II LLC or its former employee in a breach of contract suit tied to a $22.6 million acquisition.
