Japan's Lixil Puts Up $542M For Top Bathroom Fixture Co.

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 3:16 PM EDT) -- Japanese manufacturer Lixil Corp. will pay $542 million to absorb the private equity-backed New Jersey company behind American Standard-brand kitchen and bath fixtures as it continues an effort aimed at bringing its business to more markets outside its home country's borders, it said Friday.
