News Corp.'s Brooks, Coulson Can't Shake Hacking Charges

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A bid by former News Corp. chiefs Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson to escape criminal charges in the hacking scandal that rocked the U.K. was shot down Thursday by a British appeals court, which rejected their claim that accessing previously heard voicemails is legal.
