Boston Scientific Puts Up $275M For Bard Cardiac Unit

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 1:12 PM EDT) -- Medical device manufacturer Boston Scientific Corp. will put up $275 million for the electrophysiology unit of rival C.R. Bard Inc. in a deal that will give it a bigger slice of a fast-growing market for products that treat patients with abnormal heartbeats, it said Friday.
