Teva Sues Reckitt Over UK Generic-Drug Delay Tactics

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 7:47 PM EDT) -- Teva UK Ltd. has accused Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC of trying to thwart generic competition for its heartburn treatment by pulling one version of the drug from the country's official prescription list once its patent protection expired, the U.K.'s competition court said Friday.
