Ex-Vitesse CFO Considering Plea In Accounting Fraud Case

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 7:12 PM EDT) -- A former Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. chief financial officer accused of cooking the books to conceal a revenue slump at the company may plead out, his lawyer said Friday.

Eugene Hovanec may try to resolve the criminal case against him along with a case brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Gary S. Lincenberg of Bird Marella Boxer Wolpert Nessim Drooks & Lincenberg PC said
