Hyundai Hit With $14M Verdict In Faulty Air Bag Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 5:08 PM EDT) -- A Virginia state court jury on Friday hit Hyundai Motor Co. Ltd. with a $14 million verdict in a case brought by the parents of a teenager who allegedly sustained traumatic brain injury when the side air bag in his Tiburon failed to deploy during an accident.
