Traffic Safety Watchdog Closes Probe Into Ford Throttles

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 7:36 PM EDT) -- The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on Wednesday closed a probe into nearly a half-million of Ford Motor Co.’s Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable models the agency worried were susceptible to stuck throttles, after Ford laid out instructions for its dealers to fix vulnerable components.
