NJ Utility Co. Battles Insurers Over Sandy Recovery

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Newark, N.J.-based Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. has lashed out at several insurers over roughly $426 million in damage that it suffered from Superstorm Sandy, claiming they have improperly lowballed their coverage responsibilities based on flood-related policy conditions.
