Chinese Police Detain GlaxoSmithKline Employees In Probe

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 9:07 PM EDT) -- GlaxoSmithKline PLC employees have been detained by police in China investigating potential "economic crimes" in the wake of the company’s internal probe of allegations that its salespeople in China had bribed doctors to prescribe GSK drugs, according to news reports Monday.
