Enviro Groups Seek Review Of Williams Pipeline Expansion

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Monday to compile an environmental impact statement for Williams Partners LP's proposed pipeline expansion in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, saying the "unnecessary" project will boost fracking in the Marcellus Shale and harm the environment.
