BMS, Sanofi Pushed Docs To Overprescribe Plavix, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Sanofi SA faced more fallout Monday from long-simmering reports that their blood-thinner Plavix carries internal injury risks as more than three dozen users and their survivors claimed in Illinois court that the companies pushed physicians for years to overprescribe the drug.
