Top NY Cops, Prosecutors Seated On Cuomo Anti-Graft Panel

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo created an executive-level anti-corruption panel on Tuesday, tasking a group of police, prosecutors and other officials with investigating the "systemic" public graft the governor says plagues New York's government and its campaign finance system. 

The expected move came 11 days after the Democratic governor said he would use the state's 1907 Moreland Act to bring together investigators from both parties in an effort to uncover corruption and move forward on policy after the arrests of elected officials hurt the public's confidence in government....
