Plastics Co. Can't Halt US's $24M Superfund Suit

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 5:39 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday denied Pechiney Plastics Packaging Inc.’s bid to stop the government from amending its $24 million New Jersey Superfund site cleanup lawsuit against the company, ruling the government would be prejudiced by such a move.
