Refinery Equipment Maker Says Exec Stole Client List, Data

Law360, Houston (July 2, 2013, 9:02 PM EDT) -- A manufacturer of specialized refinery equipment launched a suit in Texas court Tuesday, alleging that its former regional sales manager stole proprietary client lists and company data before going to work for a competitor, violating the terms of his employment agreement.
