Johnson Controls Hit With $43M Verdict In Crash Suit

Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A Vermont jury recently hit Johnson Controls Inc. with a $43 million verdict in a lawsuit filed by a woman who became quadriplegic after the seat back in her car allegedly failed when she was rear-ended sitting at a stop light.
