Pepsi Broke Promise To Remove Carcinogens, Watchdog Says

Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 1:04 PM EDT) -- Over a year after PepsiCo Inc. said it would modify the caramel coloring used in its beverages to conform with a California law regulating carcinogens, an environmental group on Wednesday announced that the company's products still contain a cancer-causing additive.
