Alamo Unlawfully Stopped Recognizing Union, NLRB Rules

Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 2:50 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board ruled Tuesday that Alamo Rent-A-Car violated federal labor law when it withdrew recognition from the union representing workers at its Miami International Airport location because the company's actions tainted the decertification process.
