Landlord Wants Kogan Trichon's Files In $1.9M Lease Dispute

Law360, Philadelphia (July 3, 2013, 6:26 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia property owner Wednesday pushed a state court judge to force its former tenant, personal injury firm Kogan Trichon & Wertheimer PC, to detail efforts to unwind its partnership, as part of a $1.9 million suit alleging the firm broke its lease.
