Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 5:01 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit said it would have considered resurrecting a woman’s suit over burns caused by an allegedly defective Hewlett-Packard Co. laptop power adapter on Wednesday, but it was hamstrung by her failure to appeal a necessary part of the lower court ruling.
