8th Circ. Revokes Class Cert. In Auto-Owners Payment Row

Law360, Los Angeles (July 3, 2013, 6:37 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Wednesday ruled that a district court wrongly certified a class of consumers covered by Auto-Owners Insurance Co.’s medpay or personal injury protection coverage under policies issued in North Dakota, finding that the claims should be analyzed individually.
