Ex-Zagg CEO Slams Investor Suit Over 'Exaggerations'

Law360, New York (July 8, 2013, 6:10 PM EDT) -- The former CEO of Zagg Inc. on Friday asked a federal judge in Utah to dismiss an investor class action against him and the mobile device case company, calling it nothing more than a frivolous fusillade of "guesses and exaggerations" to suggest a careless move by the ex-CEO and an ensuing secret scheme to replace him.
