NJ Appellate Court Overturns $1.5M Legal Malpractice Award

Law360, New York (July 8, 2013, 8:20 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel Monday overturned a $1.5 million award in a legal malpractice suit between law firm Broderick Newmark & Grather PC and a securities broker it represented in an employment arbitration with Prudential Insurance Co. of America, citing incomplete jury instructions and errantly admitted testimony.
