Antitrust Counterclaims Survive In RMLS Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 6:17 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge refused Friday to throw out a real estate referral company's antitrust allegations against Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota Inc., but found the referral company partly in contempt of an order blocking it from using copyrighted RMLS material.
