GOP Leaders Want Answers On ACA Employer Mandate Delay

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 2:15 PM EDT) -- House Speaker John Boehner and other Republican lawmakers prodded the Obama administration on Tuesday to explain its decision last week to postpone implementing the employer mandate of the Affordable Care Act until 2015, arguing the delay reflects the law’s weaknesses.
