Ex-Sedgwick Atty Ends Suit Over Firing For Bailiff Romance

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 5:16 PM EDT) -- A former Sedgwick LLP attorney and ex-New Jersey municipal court judge has agreed to end his race discrimination suit alleging that the firm wrongfully terminated him over a consensual romantic relationship with a court bailiff.
