Pa. Appeals Court Asked To Punt Conrail Spill Suit To NJ

Law360, Philadelphia (July 9, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania judge urged a state appeals court Tuesday to uphold a decision booting a suit filed on behalf of dozens of plaintiffs alleging they were exposed to hazardous chemicals after a November train derailment to state court in New Jersey where the accident occurred.
