Coca-Cola Bottler Dodges Overtime Pay Suit

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday tossed a proposed collective action launched by an employee of The Coca-Cola Co.'s bottling and distributing unit who said the company violated federal law by denying him overtime pay, after the employee voluntarily dismissed the suit.
