Steel Co. Asks Fed Circ. To Lift Anti-Dumping Duty Ruling

Law360, Los Angeles (July 9, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A Mexican producer of circular welded nonalloy steel pipe urged the Federal Circuit on Tuesday to overturn a trade court decision allowing a federal agency to impose anti-dumping duties on its steel products sold in the U.S., saying it cooperated with an administrative review.

Mueller Comercial de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. said the Department of Commerce is penalizing it for a supplier's lack of cooperation in the review of the anti-dumping duty order by using adverse facts available as part of Mueller's dumping calculation....
