Korean Steel Co. Blames Dumping Rate On Clerical Error

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 1:43 PM EDT) -- South Korean steel maker Husteel Co. Ltd. on Monday filed a lawsuit challenging the anti-dumping margin the U.S. Department of Commerce has imposed on its steel pipe imports, claiming Commerce used a faulty calculation based on a company sales database that included a costly coding error.
