GSA Turns To Reverse Auctions In Cost-Saving Push

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 8:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. General Services Administration said Tuesday that it had launched a new website for reverse auctions, aiming to save money and improve small businesses opportunities by allowing contractors to more easily compete to provide office supplies and commercial information technology to the government.
