Texas House Approves Abortion Restriction Bill

Law360, Dallas (July 10, 2013, 5:22 PM EDT) -- The Texas House on Wednesday passed its final version of an abortion restrictions bill that bans the procedure after 20 weeks, requires providers to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals and requires abortions be performed only at surgical centers as a heated fight rages on at the Capitol.
