NJ Doctors Should Face Stiff Prescription Regs, Report Says

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 7:55 PM EDT) -- New Jersey doctors and health care providers may be subject to more stringent prescription standards and stiffer penalties for diverting prescriptions following a critical report released Wednesday revealing that unscrupulous physicians are fueling prescription pill and heroin abuse in the state.
