$210M Pipeline Project Needs Full Enviro Review, FERC Told

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 6:03 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups claimed on Monday that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is obligated to consider whether a proposed $210 million expansion of a NiSource Inc. subsidiary’s natural gas pipelines in Pennsylvania and New Jersey will spur upstream drilling projects that will harm air quality.
