Split 9th Circ. Won't Rehear Shell's Greenpeace Protest Win

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit declined Wednesday to revisit an opinion that prohibited Greenpeace Inc. from obstructing Shell Oil Inc. drilling ships on their way to the Arctic, drawing a rebuke from a half-dozen judges who said the ruling subverted free association rights.
