Fla. Tribe Tees Up Appeal Over Everglades Water Deal

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 2:34 PM EDT) -- The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida will argue Tuesday before the Eleventh Circuit that a federal court improperly ruled that its lands are not included in the scope of a settlement governing a decades-old dispute over water quality in the Everglades.
