Yuhe Underwriters Can't Shake Suit Over $40M Stock Offering

Law360, Los Angeles (July 11, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Wednesday kept intact a putative class action against underwriters of a $40 million offering of shares in China's Yuhe International Inc., ruling investors adequately pled that the underwriters missed Yuhe’s alleged false statements about its chicken farms.
