Texaco, Others Block Challenge To Pa. Gas Leak Settlement

Law360, Philadelphia (July 11, 2013, 2:28 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Wednesday blocked an attempt to void a settlement deal with a group of energy companies including Texaco Inc. over a gasoline leak at a service station, ruling that the plaintiff could not prove he was coerced by his attorney into inking the agreements.
