Cardiologist Gets 30 Months In Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A cardiologist was slapped with a 30-month prison sentence on Thursday for his role in a New Jersey cash-for-patients scheme that netted him more than $100,000 in illegal kickbacks, according to U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman.
