Texas Court Rejects Class Cert. In LegalZoom App Fee Case

Law360, Dallas (July 11, 2013, 3:42 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday said LegalZoom.com Inc. won't have to face a nationwide class action alleging the company overcharged consumers for trademark application forms, saying the plaintiff failed to show that common questions of law applied across the board.
