Philly Injury Firm Says FELA Malpractice Suit Filed Too Late

Law360, Philadelphia (July 11, 2013, 4:38 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia-based personal injury firm told a state judge Wednesday that a malpractice suit filed by a former client over an allegedly botched Federal Employers Liability Act claim was barred by the statute of limitations and should be dismissed.
