SEC Branch Chief Joins Crowell & Moring

Law360, New York (January 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former federal prosecutor with nine years of experience investigating and trying securities and antitrust cases has joined Crowell & Moring LLP in the the firm's white collar and securities litigation group.

Daniel Zelenko most recently served as the New York branch chief of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement. He is a former federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division.
