Texas Suit Takes Aim At Johnson & Johnson Pelvic Mesh

Law360, Dallas (July 11, 2013, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A group of nine women launched a product liability suit in Texas state court Thursday aimed at pelvic mesh products manufactured by Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries Ethicon Inc. and Cook Group Inc., saying the companies marketed flawed and dangerous products that caused the women serious harm.
