Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 7:06 PM EDT) -- A Kentucky federal jury on Thursday awarded a former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader $338,000 after finding that gossip website TheDirty.com and its owner defamed her by posting false assertions about her sex life, a decision that could have far-reaching effects for Internet defamation cases, according to the plaintiffs’ attorney.
