GOP Reps. Blast DOL's Survey Crew Wage Policy Change

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 3:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor should explain why it went against a decades-old federal policy that excludes survey crews in government construction projects from being paid local prevailing wages for such projects, House Republicans said Thursday.
